and support to all clients. We at Caljam strive
to help develop our clients business and improve
their position in the market place. Caljam aims
to maintain and enhance its position as a class
leader in customer support and continue to progress
within all aspects of the claims, insurance and
motor vehicle industries.
We listen to our users, our associate’s
and staff to help us constantly monitor and improve
the level of service we offer. Additionally, we have a number of Service Targets
which we monitor on a monthly or annual basis.

Availability of Services.
We will ensure that all our services will be available to our clients at all times. This will involve utilizing our industry associates.
Response Time Vehicle Inspection Reports.
All requests received will be in progress within 24hrs, with a target for completion in 72hrs
Response Time Investigation Reports.
All request received will be in progress within 24hrs, with an agreed completion time to be agreed when we have all relevant documentation in our possession
Quality of Reports.
Caljam will always guarantee that all systems and data sources are of the highest standards and we make use of the most up to date systems available. This will also be relevant to all our associates.
Working with companies on behalf of
our clients.
We will always work to gain the highest advantage for our clients when agreeing any type of contract with a customer or supplier.
